I have a random assortment of pics on my camera. We used to have a tag team approach to bedtime, until Caroline decided she wanted to read books at night with Clark. So now Josh reads them books together. I think it is a precious time and know it won’t last much longer, so I snapped a picture. Caroline’s new favorite is Amelia Bedelia, she just laughs and laughs. Clark does too not sure if he fully understands or is just laughing at Caroline. Of course, he has a ‘dar-dar’ aka motorcycle in his hand. He loves motorcycles and talks about them daily.
Caroline and I had a little photo shoot with Clark on the porch the other day:
Now for the first day of school pics, they were both so excited about going to school, not taking pictures. They had a wonderful day and were both well behaved and sweet (according to their teachers). Clark’s teacher said he was cracking them up, not sure what he was doing, but he can be pretty entertaining. Caroline was excited about making some new friends. We celebrated with a lunch date at Chick fil A. So thankful for our sweet school.
Poor Caroline is recovering from her bike wreck last week. She and her friend Grayson collided and Caroline fell off her bike and hit her cheek on the pavement. It is a nice shade of yellow now. Josh stayed late to help see them off to their first day. Caroline took the picture of Josh and Clark. Clark is doing a thumbs up for his first day!
