Last year I sent food for the feast and asked if I needed to come and help. The room-mother assured me that it was not a big deal and only two moms were coming. Yet, when Caroline got in the car she said, “Mom, it’s okay, it’s okay, but every else’s mommy and even daddy’s were at the feast today. It’s okay, but it made me sad when I didn’t see you there, but it’s okay, it’s okay.” I think it was so crowded that it seemed like everyone’s parents were there. Either way it broke my heart. So this year I made sure that I did not miss the feast!! They began the feast by the kids reciting Psalm 100, so sweet to hear God’s word from a bunch of 4 year olds.
