You are 4 and a half now, but have the vocabulary and mind of a thirty year old. You notice and remember…everything! You amaze your dad and me everyday with the irony you point out, the deep questioning, and your understanding of the world around you. You are still very particular about things (such as shoes and clothes). You are loving the summer. I think you would live in flip flops and a sundress year round. You LOVE your brother! You are quick to forgive him, if he plays too rough. You constantly are trying to teach him right from wrong and new words. Your favorite thing to do is to ‘have fun’ and play with your friends. You are blessed to have so many girls around your age in our neighborhood to play with everyday. Bike rides, watercolor painting, walks, sprinklers, sidewalk chalk art, doll tea parties, lemonade stands, dress up, and popsicles are all more fun with friends. You have become quite the swimmer this summer and still want to be a mermaid/princess when you grow up. It is difficult to get you to leave the pool, you would swim underwater and race all day if we’d let you. We are so proud of you and love you to heaven and back (as you say).
JuJu, here are a few pictures that I snapped in our neighbors garden the other night:

Great pictures!! I love the new dresses and she looks so grown up. Makes me sad that she is growing so fast. Love Mimi
