The voyage of Old Blue

Old Blue has been overlooked for the past 5 years. Now that the kids are a bit older Papa John decided to get the boat (Old Blue) ready for our visit this weekend. She started right up and gave us a smooth ride. It was great to be back on Tellico Lake. The mountain views are stunning, it is big, clean and is rarely crowded. Caroline was a bit apprehensive at first, but went tubing three times and loved it. Meeting up with the Kirksey's and having Caroline ride with her friend Alyssa for the first time helped tremendously! Clark even tubed. What a great day at the lake, followed by a refreshing swim, and a family cook out with cousins! Caroline wanted to move right in and stay forever! Thanks Mimi and Papa John!
