Santa came to see Caroline in Birmingham before we left for our tour de famille 2009. She gets three presents, since the wise men brought Jesus three gifts. She got a new backpack for school, a table & chairs, and a Jesus storybook Bible (she loves it)! She got very upset because she was under the impression that when she woke up it was going to be baby Jesus' 'to you' and she would get to open all the presents under the tree. When we started packing up all the presents for our families, she cried and wanted to rip into those, too. Little did she know she would have soooooo many more presents to open from family. It's tough to explain that to a two-year old, though!
