Well, it may not be Memorial Day yet, but summer has officially begun in our neighborhood. Caroline and our neighbors held a lemonade stand on Saturday. They actually made a few bucks to help fund our neighborhood children’s club activities.

Caroline, so excited about their first customer!! Amelia looking on is an old pro at lemonade stands and has raised quite a bit of money for SMA research. Amelia gave them some tips: fill the glasses to the top, give refills, and be thankful. She is wise.
filling it up
Just so excited!! I was able to find some change to buy Josh some lemonade. By the time we got to him, half of it was gone from the excited tip-toeing Caroline who insisted on carrying it to him.
Josh was washing the cars, so he needed some liquid refreshment. ‘Hey dad, here’s your lemon-lade!!’
Just so proud.
