Clark is T W O!!

“For from him and through him and for him are all things.  To him be the glory forever!”  Romans 11:36

We are so grateful for this precious life that has been entrusted to us by God. We all love Clark.  He is caring, sharing, funny, full of laughter, helpful, cuddly, all boy, sweet, smart, athletic, and wants to be just like his dada.  I told my father-in-law this weekend that God gave me Caroline first to teach me humility in parenting.  If Clark had been my first, I would never understand about kids who don’t nap, don’t sleep, don’t share, cry too much, or any of those things.  Clark has been an easy baby and continues to be such an easy going toddler.  I realize this could change tomorrow, but am thankful for his current easy going disposition.  We know he is a blessing to our family, but he has a bigger purpose and are looking forward to what God has in store for this special boy.  Happy 2nd Birthday, Clark!

Last year, after his big party, we decided to scale back a bit and have a more intimate gathering to better suit his personality.  He tends to be shy around large crowds.  So we had a low key Shrimp Boil to celebrate his big day with family and neighbors.
