We had a wonderful Easter service at church today. Reminding us of how crucial the resurrection is to our faith. It is my prayer that we teach our children this essential truth and they put their faith in Him. Also, that they learn to obey Him above all else.
It is no secret, Easter is by far my favorite holiday! I love springtime, new life, beautiful colors, warmer weather, and the reminder everywhere in nature that indeed he makes all things new. Even more I love the focus of the power of our risen Savior. That he not only rose from the grave, but also conquered death for us! Hope everyone has a Happy Easter!
My two little angels! Definitely his last Easter to be in lace. He took one look at the collar and asked if it was a dress. As our friend Mr. Hank assured Clark, it is almost over…ha ha ha! This boy will all too soon have his own opinion and want to look just like Daddy instead of my baby. Caroline was bribed into wearing a bow, by me promising to download her an American Girl ipad game. My days are numbered here. They are growing up on me.

Caroline said our prayer before our brunch thanking God for Jesus, the promise of heaven, and our family. I love her!
