Clark had a small birthday party in the park to celebrate his 3rd birthday. We were thankful that so many friends could join us for a chilly April day. Clark loves trains, so we had a train themed party and every guest went home with a train whistle, sorry parents!
My friend, Melinda Storey made the train cake. Not only did she do a fabulous job decorating it, it also tasted delicious! She is one talented lady!
Caroline and me worked on some fun projects for the party. We upcycled some boxes we had lying around and made these little train cars to hold kabobs. Caroline made the marshmallow puffs and did the grape kabobs. She loves helping and keeping busy. I wish we had a party to prepare for each week. It made the answer to her incessant question ‘what are we doing next?’ easier to answer.
Clark loved every minute of it!!
When we sang ‘Happy Birthday’ to Clark he swung his head back and forth. A big change from his 1st birthday when he cried and didn’t want all the attention. This year, he was obviously eating it all up!
Love this birthday boy and his friends!
Caleb was so sweet to play with Clark and let him follow him around the entire time!
Sis could NOT wait for Clark to open his presents from her!! A spiderman and a spiderman mask. She knew he would love it and he did!
snapped a few pics after church on Sunday
love the way Caroline is looking at her brother…
It warmed up quite a bit on Sunday, so we were able to play with all of his new outdoor/water toys. Thank you to everyone for helping to celebrate this big guys birthday!
